In order to view their daily route using the AntsRoute mobile app, each field worker or driver must log in with their personal credentials set up on the platform.
🔐 Forgot the password or need to make a change?
If a field worker has forgotten their password or you wish to update it for security reasons, you can easily do so by following the steps below:
Steps to follow:
- Go to the “Resources” module in your AntsRoute interface.
- Click on the “Drivers” tab.
- Find the relevant worker and click on the “…” button to the right of their profile.
- Select the “Reset password” option.
- Enter the desired new password.
- Click “Save” to confirm the change.
The field worker can then immediately log in to the mobile app using the new password.
