You can use filters to display only the jobs or deliveries you want to see in a table.
For example, you can filter data by driver, status, or date to quickly find specific information.
Filters allow you to temporarily hide certain data without modifying your schedule.
In which tables can filters be used?
Filters are available in the following tables:
- Plan > Cancelled deliveries
- Plan > Deliveries basket
- Organize > List of deliveries
- Analyze > Delivery report
How to apply a filter
To filter data in a table:
- Click the Filter button.
- Select the column you want to filter.
- Choose the condition and select the value you want to display.
- Click Apply.
The table will then display only the data matching the selected filter.
How to apply multiple filter conditions
You can combine multiple filters to refine your search.
To add another condition:
- Click Filter again.
- Select the column, condition, and value you want.
- Then choose one of the following options:
- All these conditions (AND): the data must meet all filters.
- One of these conditions (OR): the data must meet at least one filter.
Example using the AND condition
Display jobs that are planned, pending, and confirmed for the driver John Smith:
- Add a filter State → Planned, Pending, Confirmed.
- Add a filter Driver → John Smith.
- Select All these conditions (AND).
The table will only display jobs that match both criteria.
Example using the OR condition
Display:
- jobs that are planned, pending, or confirmed
or - jobs assigned to the driver John Smith
- Add a filter State → Planned, Pending, Confirmed.
- Add a filter Driver → John Smith.
- Select One of these conditions (OR).
How to save a filter
If you frequently use the same filters, you can save them for quick access later.
To save a filter:
- Apply the desired filters.
- Click the Save button.
- Enter a name for the filter.
- Click Confirm.
Your filter is now available under My Filters.
💡 You can modify a saved filter at any time.
To do this, select the filter, add or remove conditions, and save the changes.
Available filters
Depending on the table, you can filter data by:
Delivery information
- Open date
- Due date
- Duration
- Time slot
- State
- Cancellation reason
- Location of delivery
- Comments
- Done comment
- Delivery external ID
- Capacities
💡 The done comment corresponds to the comment added when a job or delivery is validated or cancelled.
☝️ Note: When you filter jobs by states, the “Cancelled” states also includes jobs that have been rescheduled.
