To monitor your drivers’ activity and your organisation in real time, you can enable user notifications.
They allow you to be automatically informed of important actions carried out by your teams, according to your preferences.
💡 Availability
- In-app notifications are available starting from the Lite plan.
- Email notifications are available from the Pro plan.
☝️ Good to know: you only receive notifications related to the actions you are subscribed to.
How to view notifications in the interface?
To check your notifications:
- Click on the bell icon
, located in the top-right corner of the interface.
- The list of all notifications will be displayed.
☝️ Useful information
- New notifications are indicated by a blue badge.
- You can mark them as read to clear the notification alert.
Types of available notifications
You can receive notifications for the following actions:
Actions by deliverymen:
- Route started by deliveryman
- Route ended by deliveryman
- Delivery done by deliveryman
- Deliveries started by your deliveryman
- Delivery cancelled by deliveryman
Actions via API:
- Deliveries has been added to basket through API
- Deliveries has been added in planning through API
Actions from the booking site:
- Deliveries planned from the booking site (in the agenda + in the basket)
- Customer's address updated
- Deliveries cancelled from the booking site
- Customers created from the booking site
- Customers deleted from the booking site
Actions from customer (via confirmation link):
- Deliveries confirmed from the confirmation link
Recurrence management:
- Recurrence expiration
Choose which notifications to receive (in-app and email)
You can select the actions you want to be notified about, both in the interface and by email. To do so, simply follow these steps:
💡 Reminder: email notifications are available starting from the Pro plan.
Steps to follow:
- Click on the bell icon.
- Click on the three dots “…” in the top-right corner.
- Select “Display preferences”.
- Tick the notifications you wish to receive:
- in the interface
- and/or by email
- Click “Save”.
Temporarily filter notifications
To focus on what matters most, you can apply a temporary filter to your notifications (for example, to display only cancelled deliveries).
How does it work?
- Click the bell icon.
- Click “Filter the display.”
- Simply check the information you want to show.
💡 The filter only displays notifications that are already enabled in your display preferences.
