Filter the work orders in the basket by custom fields on the mobile application

If you use the basket of work orders on the mobile application, you can use filters to temporarily hide some work orders in your tables.

• Apply filters
• Delete filters

Apply filters

To apply filters, follow these steps:

1. Open the menu by clicking on .
2. Click on the “Work orders' basket” tab.
3. Click on the button to filter work orders.
4. Determine the filters to be applied.
5. Click on the “Apply” button.

   

Delete filters

💡 The filters applied are stored in memory, i.e. if you return to the "Work orders' basket" tab, the data will still be filtered.

To delete filters, follow these steps:

1. Open the menu by clicking on .
2. Click on the “Work orders' basket” tab.
3. Click on the button to filter work orders.
4. Click on the “Clear” button.
5. Click on the “Apply” button.
