Access the basket of orders from the mobile application

The field workers can access the basket of orders from the mobile application. It enables them to add extra steps to their routes.

Step 1: Give access to the basket of orders

First, you need to activate this feature from the web interface AntsRoute :

1. Go to the 'Setttings' module.
2. Click on the 'Settings' tab.
3. Click on 'Mobile application settings'.
4. Enable the option 'Visualizing deliveries' basket'.
5. Click on the button 'Save'.

   

Step 2: Access the basket of orders from the mobile application

Once you have activated the option, your field workers can access the 'Deliveries' basket' tab on the mobile application.

1. open the menu by clicking on the icon .
2. Click on the tab 'Deliveries' basket'.

   

Step 3: Insert a step in the route

From the tab 'List view'

1. Click on the tab 'List view'.
2. Click on a step from the table.
3. Click on the button 'Insert into my route'.

   

From the tab 'Map view'

1. Click on the tab 'Map view'.
2. Click on a step on the map.
3. Display the information of the order in full screen.
4. Click on the button 'Insert into my route'.
