The field workers can access the basket of orders from the mobile application. This allows them to complete their routes with additional tasks.
💡 This feature can be disabled from the web interface settings.
- Step 1: Enable access to the basket of work orders

Step 1: Enable access to the basket of work orders
To start, you need to enable this feature from the AntsRoute web interface:
- Go to the “Settings” module.
- Click on the “Settings” tab.
- Click on “Mobile application settings”.
- “Enable visualizing deliveries' basket”.
- Click on the “Save” button.
Step 2: Access the basket of work orders from the mobile application
Once you have activated the option, your field workers can access a new “Work orders' basket” tab on the mobile application.
- Open the menu by clicking on the icon .
- Click on the “Work orders' basket” tab.
Step 3: Assign a work order to your route
From the “List view” tab
- Go to the “List view” tab.
- Click on a task from the table.
- Click on the “Insert into my route” button.
From the “Map View” tab
💡 The work orders of the basket are displayed in light blue on the map.
- Click on the “Map View” tab.
- Click on a task on the map.
- Display the work order details in full screen.
- Click on the “Insert into my route” button.
