Drivers can add a task to an ongoing route directly from the mobile app. This feature allows inserting a new task at an exact position within the list of work orders.
☝️ This option is only available if the driver is authorized to manage tasks from the mobile app. To enable this permission:
- Go to the web interface.
- Navigate to Settings > Settings > Mobile Application Settings.
- Enable the option “Enable work order management from the mobile application”.
Steps to add a task:
- Open the mobile app and go to the list of work orders in the ongoing route.
- Tap the ‘+’ button located at the top right corner.
- ‘+’ buttons will appear between each existing task. Tap the ‘+’ at the exact position where you want to insert the new task.
- Use the search bar to find the relevant client.
- Fill in the task details, including duration and any other necessary information.
- Confirm the addition.
