Download and customize package labels in AntsRoute

AntsRoute offers a complete feature for managing packages to be delivered — from adding parcels to a delivery, to validating them by scanning barcodes, and accessing the history of delivered packages.

AntsRoute makes it easy to generate PDF labels to attach to your packages. These labels can contain all the necessary information to facilitate delivery and improve shipment tracking.

1. Set up the label template

⚙️ Before downloading your labels, you need to define the information that will appear on them.

Configuration steps

1. Go to the Settings menu.
2. Click Settings > Labels export.
3. Select the fields you want to display on the labels:
   • Sender information:
     • Name
     • Address
     • Phone
     • E-mail
   • Recipient information:
     • Name
     • Address
     • Phone
     • E-mail
     • Customer ID
     • Customer custom fields
   • Loading/unloading location information (if the "Pickup & Delivery" option is enabled):
     • Name
     • Address
     • Phone
     • Time slot
   • Delivery information:
     • Scheduled date
     • Time slot
     • Number of packages
     • Price
     • Delivery custom fields
   • Package information:
     • Package No.
     • Weight
     • Dimensions
     • Package custom fields
4. Set the title that will appear on your labels.
5. Optionally, add your company logo.
6. Click Save.

💡 Tips: 

• You can get your logo’s URL directly from your website by right-clicking on it and selecting “Copy image address”.
• If you use a CMS such as WordPress to manage your website, go to Media > Library, upload your logo in the desired format (landscape or portrait) by clicking “Add New”, then click on the uploaded image to copy its file URL.
• Include only the most essential information to keep your labels clear and easy for your team to scan.

2. Download delivery labels

🏷️ Once your template is set up, you can generate labels for your ongoing deliveries.

Download steps

1. Go to the Organize module.
2. Click on the List of deliveries tab.
3. Find the delivery you want.
4. Click ‘…’ (action menu) and then Download the labels.

The labels will be generated in PDF format, ready to be printed and attached to your parcels.
