AntsRoute offers a complete feature for managing packages to be delivered — from adding parcels to a delivery, to validating them by scanning barcodes, and accessing the history of delivered packages.

AntsRoute offers a dedicated view to track, from a single page, the delivery of all packages scheduled for the day. With this feature, you can view the status of each parcel and easily filter data to manage anomalies or reschedule certain deliveries.
Accessing the package list
- Log in to your AntsRoute account.
- In the main menu, click on 'Monitor'.
- Select 'Package list'.
You will then see a table displaying all packages associated with the day’s planned deliveries.
Information displayed in the table
For each package, the following details are visible:
- State of package (e.g., delivered in conformity with barcode scan, delivered in conformity with manual validation, delivered with anomaly, not delivered)
- Package reference
- Weight
- Dimensions
- Assigned driver
- Custom fields (if provided during planning)
Filtering the displayed data
🎯 The 'Package list' view lets you apply different filters to quickly find parcels to process:
- Deliveries done with packages scanned or delivered in conformity
- Deliveries done with packages delivered with anomalies
- Deliveries cancelled or done with packages not delivered or not loaded
- Ongoing deliveries
For example, you can filter to display only cancelled deliveries or deliveries completed with parcels not delivered or not loaded, so you can quickly reschedule them. To do this, open the delivery details and click on … > Duplicate.
💡 Tip: This centralised view is particularly useful for:
- Identifying packages with issues and analysing the causes
- Easily rescheduling undelivered packages
- Tracking the overall progress of the day in real time
- Having a detailed history of each package’s status
