AntsRoute offers a complete feature for managing packages to be delivered — from adding parcels to a delivery, to validating them by scanning barcodes, and accessing the history of delivered packages.

From the mobile app, your drivers can scan packages to confirm delivery and record their status.
Steps on mobile:
- Open the delivery details.
- Tap 'Complete this delivery'.
- Select 'Scan barcodes'.
- Scan each parcel → and click on 'Next step'.
💡 Tip: With AntsRoute, you can scan multiple packages in succession using the continuous scan mode. The screen remains active as long as the detected barcodes are valid. A sound confirms each successful scan. In case of an invalid barcode, you are automatically redirected to the page listing the packages to be delivered.
Possible statuses:
- ✅ Package delivered in conformity with barcode scan
- ✅ Package delivered in conformity with manual validation
- ⚠️ Package delivered with anomaly
- ❌ Package not delivered
💡 Tip: If a barcode is unreadable, the driver can manually mark the parcel as delivered.
💡 The driver must determine the status of all packages before moving on to the next step. If a package is lost, they can manually select the status “Package not delivered.” If a parcel is damaged, they can manually select the status “Package delivered with anomaly.”
