In some cases, a driver may need to adjust the order of the scheduled stops in their route. From the mobile app, it is possible to manually reorder a route if an administrator has enabled the option.
💡 The option must be enabled by an administrator beforehand.
1. Enable the option from the administrator account
To allow your drivers to modify the order of their routes:
- Log in to the administrator interface.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Mobile Application.
- Enable the option to Allow drivers to reorganize a route.
- Click Save.
✅ Once this option is enabled, all drivers in your fleet will be able to reorder their routes from the mobile app.
2. Reorder a route from the mobile app
Once the option has been enabled:
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Open your route by tapping Display the route.
- At the top of the delivery list, tap the
icon.
- When the option is active, the icon appears with a blue background.
- The icon
is visible to the right of each stop.
- Drag and drop the deliveries to place them in the desired order.
- The changes are automatically saved.
🙋 Key points to remember:
- Reordering is possible before AND after starting the route.
- Any changes made by the driver are immediately applied and visible in the route tracking.
