The field worker can cancel a task from the mobile application by following the steps below:
- Log into the mobile application.
- Touch the button “Start route”.
- Swipe to the right on the task to cancel.
- Touch the “Cancel” button.
- Fill in the information below (optional) :
- Cancellation comment,
- Pictures (10 max.),
- Cancellation reason (if defined in the settings).
- Touch the “Cancel” button.
💡 In order not to change the order of the ongoing route when cancelling a task from the mobile application, you must go to the AntsRoute interface > “Settings” > “Settings” > “Optimisation settings” and disable the option “Automatic re-optimisation of the remaining route end”.
☝️ Good to know: The cancelled field service operations can then be rescheduled from the AntsRoute interface by going to “Schedule” & “Cancelled field services”.
