Cancel work orders from the mobile application

The field worker can cancel a task from the mobile application by following the steps below:

1. Log into the mobile application.
2. Touch the button “Start route”.
3. Swipe to the right on the task to cancel.
4. Touch the “Cancel” button.
5. Fill in the information below (optional) :
   
   • Cancellation comment,
   • Pictures (10 max.),
   • Cancellation reason (if defined in the settings).
6. Touch the “Cancel” button.

   

💡 In order not to change the order of the ongoing route when cancelling a task from the mobile application, you must go to the AntsRoute interface > “Settings” > “Settings” > “Optimisation settings” and disable the option “Automatic re-optimisation of the remaining route end”.

☝️ Good to know: The cancelled field service operations can then be rescheduled from the AntsRoute interface by going to “Schedule” & “Cancelled field services”.
