AntsRoute offers a wide range of integrations. In particular, we have an integration with the Zapier platform.
What is Zapier?
In simple words, Zapier is a web service that helps to automate actions between the different applications you use every day and AntsRoute. With more than 2,000 applications, Zapier is the perfect tool to save time: Google Sheets, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Shopify, Xero or Quickbooks.
It is the perfect tool to connect your AntsRoute account with other applications that you use and for which there is no integration with AntsRoute.
And what are Zaps?
From the Zapier platform, it is possible to create Zaps. In concrete terms, Zaps correspond to workflows that you can create on Zapier to automate tasks. For example, scheduling a field service operation or updating a client's contact details.
Trigger
As Zapier explains on its interface, the Zap consists of two elements: the 'Trigger' and the 'Action'. In short, the trigger is the event that triggers an action. For example, adding a new contact to your Google Sheet file. A Zap can only contain one trigger.
Action
An action, the second element that makes up a Zap, is the event that the Zap completes after it is triggered. For example, add this new contact on AntsRoute. Each Zap can be composed of several actions.
