With Zapier, you can automate the creation of customers in AntsRoute when adding contacts from HubSpot. Just follow the steps below:

- Log into your Zapier account and click on the button 'Make a Zap'.
Step 1: Set up the Trigger
💡 New on HubSpot? To try out the trigger, you must have added at least one first contact in Hubspot.
- Search HubSpot using the search bar.
- Select HubSpot.
- In the 'Trigger Event' drop-down list, select 'New Contact'.
- Click on the button 'Continue'.
- Click on the button 'Sign in to HubSpot' to connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.
- In the 'Choose an account' drop-down list, select the HubSpot account connected.
- Click on the button 'Continue'.
- In 'Set up trigger', select the following values:
- Contact information: Contact ID ;
- Contact information: First name ;
- Contact information: Last name ;
- Contact information: Street Address ;
- Contact information: Mobile phone number ;
- Contact information: Email.
- Click on the button 'Continue'.
- Click on the button 'Test trigger'.
- Click on the button 'Continue'.
💡 If the following field are used for the addresses, do not forget to select them during the 'Set up Trigger' step: 'Street Address' ; 'Postal code' (code postal) and 'City' (ville).
Step 2: Set up the Action
- Search AntsRoute using the Search bar.
- Select AntsRoute.
- In the 'Action Event' drop-down list, select 'Create a New Customer'.
- Click on the button 'Continue'.
- In the 'Choose an account' drop-down list, select 'AntsRoute' (If you have not connected your AntsRoute account to Zapier, we invite you to log into your AntsRoute account to get the API key that will be requested on Zapier. To do this, just go to AntsRoute > click on the blue circle at the top right > Integrations > API Key > Add > Select the site > Click on Create > Click on Copy > Click on Continue. You can now go back to Zapier and click on 'Sign in to AntsRoute' and enter the API key you just retrieved and click on 'Yes, Continue').
- Click on the button 'Continue'.
- For 'Customer External ID', select 'Contact information: Contact ID'.
- For 'First name', select 'Contact information: First name'.
- For 'Last name', select 'Contact information: Last name'.
- For 'Address', select 'Contact information: Street address'.
- For 'Mobile Phone Number', select 'Contact information: Mobile phone number'.
- For 'Email', select 'Contact information: Email'.
- Click on the button 'Continue'.
- Click on the button 'Test & Continue'.
- Click on the button 'Turn on Zap'.
💡 If you use the fields 'Street Address' ; 'Postal code' and 'City' for the address of your clients in HubSpot, add the following values keeping the same order in the field 'Address' : 'Contact information: Street Address' ; 'Contact information: Postal code' and 'Contact information: City'. IMPORTANT: Add a space between each value. IMPORTANT: If the ZIP code is already entered in the field 'Street address', do not add it in the field 'Postal code' which must be blank.
The creation of the Zap is now complete. Now, when you add new contacts on HubSpot, these customers are also added in AntsRoute.
