Automate the creation of customers in AntsRoute from Axonaut using Zapier

Using Zapier, you can automate the creation of new customers in AntsRoute when adding new companies in Axonaut. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Set up the Trigger

💡 New on Axonaut ? To try out the trigger, you must have added at least one first company in Axonaut.

1. Log into your Zapier account and click on the button 'Make a Zap'.

   

2. Search Axonaut using the search bar.
3. Select Axonaut.

   

4. In the 'Trigger Event' drop-down list, select 'New Company'.
5. Click on the button 'Continue'.

   

6. Click on the button 'Sign in to Axonaut' and enter the API Key retrieved from Axonaut to connect it to your Zapier account.

   

7. In the 'Choose an account' drop-down list, select the Axonaut account connected.
8. Click on the button 'Continue'.

   

9. Click on the button 'Test trigger'.

   

10. Click on the button 'Continue'.

    

Step 2: Set up the Action

1. Search AntsRoute using the search bar.
2. Select AntsRoute.

   

3. In the 'Action Event' drop-down list, select 'Create a New Customer'.
4. Click on the button 'Continue'.

   

5. In the 'Choose an account' drop-down list, select 'AntsRoute' (If you have not connected your AntsRoute account to Zapier, we invite you to log into your AntsRoute account to get the API key that will be requested on Zapier. To do this, just go to AntsRoute > click on the blue circle at the top right > Integrations > API Key > Add > Select the site > Click on Create > Click on Copy > Click on Continue. You can now go back to Zapier and click on 'Sign in to AntsRoute' and enter the API key you just retrieved and click on 'Yes, Continue').
6. Click on the button 'Continue'.

   

7. For 'First name', select 'Prénom du contact'.
8. For 'Last name', select 'Nom du contact'.
9. For 'Address', select 'Numéro et rue du prospect/client' ; 'Code postal du prospect/client' and 'Ville du prospect/client' by keeping the above order, i.e. Number & Street - ZIP code and City, and add a space between each value.
10. Fill in the other fields if necessary (email, phone number, external id, etc.).

    

11. Click on the button 'Continue'.

    

12. Click on the button 'Test & Continue'.

    

13. Click on the button 'Turn on Zap'.

    

The creation of the Zap is now complete. Now, when you add new companies in Axonaut, these customers will also be added in AntsRoute.
