The field workers have the possibility to schedule the next service operation for a customer directly from the mobile application.
To do this, just follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Activate the feature from the AntsRoute interface
- Step 2 : Schedule the next service operation from the mobile application
Step 1: Activate the feature from the AntsRoute interface
First, you must enable this option on the AntsRoute interface.
- Go to the “Settings” module.
- Click on the “Settings” tab.
- Click on “Mobile application settings”.
- “Enable delivery management from the mobile application”.
- Select the “Time slots that will be available in the mobile app”.
- Click on the “Save” button.
Step 2 : Schedule the next service operation from the mobile application
From the mobile application, the field worker can validate and schedule the next visit. To do this, just follow these steps:
- Click on the task from the list.
- Click on “Complete the field service”.
- Click on “Validate and plan a new field service”.
- Fill in the “Field service details”.
- Select the “Date”.
- Select the “Time slot”.
- Click on “Confirm”.
