If your field worker finds that the address of a customer is wrong, he can change it or reposition it directly on the map from the mobile application. 📍
To do this, your worker must follow the steps below:
- Display the details of the step for which the address must be changed.
- Click on the tab “Customer details”.
- Click on “Edit” this address.
- Drag the map to adjust the location.
- Click on the “Save” button.
Note: By saving the location adjustment of an address, the new GPS coordinates of the address will be taken into account when starting the navigation. However, the address shown in the customer information will always be the one selected in the drop-down list.
