Field agents (also referred to as drivers or couriers) are the professionals who carry out services for your customers.
Properly configuring their profiles helps you optimize your routes and improve service quality.
Customizable information for each agent
For each agent, you can define or edit the following:
- Working hours
- Daily break duration
- Start and end location
- Absences
- Skills (if the option is enabled)
- Hourly cost (€ / hour) (if the option is enabled)
Add a field agent
⚠️ Before you start
Make sure a vehicle is available. If not, create one first by following the dedicated help article.
To add your first field agent, follow the steps below:
Steps to follow:
- Go to the Resources module
- Click on the Drivers tab
- Click the “+” button in the top right corner
Enter general information:
- Fill in the following general details:
- Email (required, can be fictitious)
- Password (required, used for the mobile app)
- First and last name
- Phone number (visible in customer notifications)
- Assigned vehicle (required)
- Map color (required)
- Additional role if needed (adds to the default agent permissions)
- Hourly cost (€ / hour) (if cost calculation is enabled)
- If necessary, define a distance (service) radius around the start location
- Set a geographical service area
- Define skills (optional)
- Click “Next step”
Set working hours and route parameters:
- Activate the toggle on the right
- Enter a time slot

Define start and end location
You have two options:-
Option 1: Keep the default warehouse icon
→ The agent starts and ends their route at the warehouse (or site, depending on your terminology) -
Option 2: Click the icon to customize
- Set a specific address
- Or choose no location
→ The route starts at the first job and ends at the last one

- Add a break by clicking the “+” button
- Enter break details:
- the duration (in minutes)
- the possible start time window

Add day-specific skills (if enabled)
These skills are added to the default skills - Click “Save” to confirm.
💡 Good to know:
- The email and password allow the agent to log into the mobile app (the email can be fictitious).
- Skills help assign jobs based on each agent’s capabilities.
- The geographical service area applies the same way every day.

Edit a field agent
To edit an existing agent:
- Go to the Resources module
- Click on the Drivers tab
- Click on “…” next to the agent and select “Edit”
Reset an agent’s password:

If an agent forgets their password:
- Click “…”
- Then select “Change password”
