You can add field workers or deliverymen and customise their working hours by completing the steps below:
Add a field worker
- Go to the 'Resources' module.
- Click on the tab 'Field worker'.
- Click on the button 'Add'.
General information and skills
- Fill in the 'General Information':
- Password
- First name (optional)
- Last name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- External Id (optional)
- Select the 'Default vehicle'.
- Click on the button 'Next step'
Note: The email and password enable the field worker to log in to the mobile application to access the daily route. The email can be dummy.
Note: The vehicle must be created beforehand from the 'Vehicles' tab.
Note: Select skills if necessary. Skills allow you to manage the specificities between workers and the field service operations. Indeed, some operations require one (or more) skills to be completed by a worker. It is therefore possible to create skills that can then be assigned to workers and when scheduling a field service operation.
The usual working hours
- Click on the icon ' ' for the first working day of the week and indicate the 'time slots', i.e. the start and end time of their working day.

- Determine the 'Break start (between)', i.e. the time slot in which the break can start.

It is possible to define specific departure and arrival addresses for each field worker, for each day of the week and for each week by completing these steps:

- Click on the button 'Add custom location'.
- Enter and select the address.
- Click on the button 'Save'.
Note: It is possible to end the route when validating the last step of the route, i.e. without taking into account the trip to go back to the office, warehouse or home by selecting 'No arrival location' for 'Arrival at'.

- Click on the tab 'Field workers'.
- Click on '…' and 'Edit'.
